What is this job about?

As a Customer Service Representative, your goal is to provide the best customer service experience for customers. On a daily basis, you will take care of the clients’ needs and try to sell to current customers.


Your challenges

  • Communicate with customers through various channels (mail, WhatsApp, phone, HR, physical points like studios by appointment)
  • Make customer-related tasks in national and international marketplaces
  • Report product issues to Design and Sales departments
  • Relay models requests with lack of stock to Sales
  • Communicate web incidents to Digital Marketing
  • Review, analyse and solve incidents via e-mail marketing platform (satisfaction surveys)
  • Provide help in e-commerce management: by supporting logistics in orders and returns service and by helping sales – uploading content to the platform
  • Make package reception as well as back office tasks

What do you need to come & join?

  • Language skills:
  • Advanced level in Spanish and English (C2)
  • Proficient level of Italian and French (B2+)
  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Care
  • A previous experience with ERP (ideally SAGE or presta-shop)
  • Ability to balance customers and business needs
  • Capacity to identify customer needs
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
