Working at NTT
Avaya remote support engineer wanted for remote supporting, troubleshooting and fixing incidents for remote clients. Most clients run Avaya Aura releases 7+ and 8+.
The role is responsible for providing a professional second-line technical support service to clients by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems. Through preemptive service incident and resolution activities, this role will restore service to clients by managing incidents and seeing them through to an effective resolution. The role is responsible for managing incidents of medium complexity.
What will make you a good fit for the role?
• Knowledge and experience with any, or all of the following is preferred:
Avaya Aura Core systems (System, Session and Communication manager, media gateways)
•Avaya Aura Contact center technologies and periphereals (CMS, WFO, Recorder)
•Reote worker technologies (SBC, AADS, IX Workplace. SIP and H.323 endpoints)
• Fluent knowledge of English
