Carries out activities in accordance with the sales and product strategy of the Crop Science department in order to meet the specified sales objectives. (West Bohemia/Západočeský kraj)
Establishes and maintains contacts with farmers and distributors, as appropriate, with representatives of professional associations, the processing industry and other experts influencing the sale of BCS products in the region.
Carries out a set number of business visits to the target group of customers per day.
Knows the technical parameters and uses of BCS products (plant protection products, seed of OSR, corn). Regularly adds their expertise.
Cooperates in launching new BCS products on the market.
Organizes, leads, actively participates in professional congresses, seminars and field presentations organized by BCS, distributors, professional associations and processors for the professional agricultural public – prepares market analysis, has an overview of the situation in the region, customer needs, activities and competitive products, trends in agriculture. Informs the direct superior and marketing managers about the acquired knowledge.
Responsible for creating and continuously updating the client database in the given region.
Serve as the contact person for any complaints in the region and solves them in cooperation with responsible managers and the sales manager.
Who You Are:
University education in Agronomy.
Practice in a similar position (an advantage).
Knowledge of plant protection products, seeds, crops, agricultural market.
Good communication skills.
Team work ability.
Willingness to continue education.
Basic PC skills and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Driving license – group B.
Basic knowledge of English.
