CRM Business Leader CE&B and GPR

Location: Warsaw, Poland; Prague, Czech Republic; Budapest; Hungary (depends on the finale candidate’s country of residence)

The CRM Business Leader is responsible for managing Janssen CRM business functionalities ensuring enhancement and optimisation of key business processes aimed to sustain and maximise the company’s impact during Customers’ interactions.

The role is CE&B or GPR based and will involve travel (~25%) across the EMEA region.

It is anticipated that the role holder will be based in his/her current country of residence as long as easy access to travel/transportation and local hosting is available at a Janssen office.

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

  • Take ownership for CRM EMEA key priorities, act as the ‘subject business matter expert’ & successfully implement new initiatives, functionalities in CE&B (Central Europe & Baltics) and GPR (Greece-Poland-Romania) countries
  • Analysing, simplifying and prioritising requirements
  • Liaise with EMEA CRM team & system developers to ensure quality of deliverables
  • Successfully develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders in order to maintain communication and manage expectations regarding CRM
  • Prepare business communications including presentations, summaries for the CRM BA community & regional LT
  • Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively in all aspects in whole region
  • Communicate to internal stakeholders the CRM functionalities and engage the CRM & users community through appropriate change management program
  • Support, educate local BAs in in CE&B and GPR clusters
  • Represent both clusters in MSM & EMEA CRM forums
  • Qualifications

    We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

  • Strong Technical knowledge of Sales Force CRM system
  • A minimum of 5 years business experience in the Sales Force CRM ideally in pharma industry
  • Comprehensive understanding of the critical business questions and drivers of performance
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to create and develop collaborative working relationships across different departments and countries
  • Experience in change management
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to work effectively in virtual teams in a highly matrixed environment
