What you’ll bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree or University/Advanced degree in Business or other advanced degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration. Strong technical acumen and legal knowledge is preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of procurement experience in a large multinational organization, preferably in pharmaceutical industry and/or GMP environment.
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in CAPEX projects.
- Excellent communication, people management, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English and German is a must.
- Accountability, hands-on mentality and proven ability to develop trust-based relationships with key stakeholders. Technical knowledge; strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Advanced Analytical & Conceptual thinking, organizational skills, results oriented and proactive way of work.
- Good understanding of claim management.
Possible job locations: Czech Republic, Austria or Poland.
