JOB DESCRIPTION Your work:  • Independently provide technical solutions to highly complex IT questions incl. creation of overarching architecture design concepts for Digital Workspace Services based on Microsoft’s M suite (Identity and Access Management, Platform (End User Services) and Collaboration Services) • Being an “Evangelist” and senior technical consultant for M based Digital Workspace Services • Leads the definition, initiation, and technical design of Digital Workspace architecture • Defines architecture requirements and technical standards, creating specifications, suggest improvements of the processes and systems in the M Platform / Desktop area • Accountable for preparation of Digital Workspace services roadmaps, reflecting i.e. M technology evolution while mapping it to the Groups IT strategy • Converting divisional demand in into commercial proposal (jointly with BPM) for execution • Pro-actively coordinate Digital Workspace optimization potential regarding the corporate divisions’ needs, transform them into IT requirements, and trigger implementation • Continuously check the IT market regarding relevant innovations and trends including close alignment with respective solution provider • Provide consultancy, expertise & senior technical leadership to Procurement for RFIs/RFPs with external providers for Digital Workspace Services • Manages architecture-related communication inside IT Services and within DPDHL You should have:  • University degree with in-depth knowledge of the specialist technical area, or equivalent education – at least 5 years of relevant professional experience • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English – German knowledge (written and spoken) appreciated • In depth technology architecture, design and consultancy knowledge of Microsoft’s Identity and Access, Platform and Collaboration service portfolio (Active Directory & GPOs, Azure AD, Intune and SCCM (MeM), Office , Windows, Defender, Autopilot etc.) • Long-standing experience in cross-divisional and international service portfolio management • Ability to persuade and communicate technical topics to a non-technical audience • Experience with the Telecommunications field in a large global environment • Knowledge of Adaptiva OneSite, PKI, MSI Packaging, PowerShell is a plus • Experience with information security risk assessment and compliance is a plus • Experience with Business Case creation is a plus We offer:  • Great multinational team of professionals • On-going professional and technical trainings and certifications • Permanent contract • Home office possibilities • Modern offices in Chodov • Extra week of holiday (25 days/year), 6 Self-sickness days/year • Company car/allowance • Pension plan contributions • Long-term Sickness Insurance • Company sponsorship of various sports and social clubs • Lunch vouchers fully covered by ITS • Cafeteria benefit system by EDENREDFor more details do not hesitate to contact .
