We are looking for a passionate, data-driven Digital Marketing Geek to join our Global Employer Branding team. 

You will be involved in building strategies to increase brand awareness. You will organize, implement and manage engaging activities on numerous outlets, like emails, videos, blog articles, offline meetups and social media platforms. You will be involved in enforcing global Ambassadors’ programme.

We can also consider this position being based in a few of our other locations, if you are already based there: Vilnius, Cyprus or Belgrade. On a hybrid / remote working model.

What will you do?

  • Providing engaging text, image and video content for different purposes
  • Respondto comments and customer queries in a timely manner
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
  • Organize and participating in events to build community and boost brand awareness
  • Coordinate with Global Branding and PR teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals
  • Liaise with Product and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features
  • Organize and participating in events to boost brand awareness
  • Propose communities’ growth strategies and increase the amount of participants on a regular basis
  • Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
  • What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in marketing, communications, PR, or similar
  • Proven work experience as a community manager
  • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
  • Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
  • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
  • You have excellent written & verbal communication skills and can generate impactful content
  • Fluency in English and Czech would be ideal
  • Ready for occasional business trips
  • Creative thinker and strong collaborator
  • Passionate telling powerful stories that will inspire and engage our people
  • You have business acumen, you are a crazy proactive person full of ideas, with a positive attitude, you get things done no matter what
  • Experience collaborating with various stakeholders
  • Video editing/creative copywriting experience will be a benefit
  • Understanding of the tech landscape (job market), ideally a passionate gamer
  • You are an open-minded person, you have a friendly and authentic personality, you enjoy building connections with multicultural and dynamic teams
  • You thrive in a fast-paced working environment and always ready to creatively tackle the next challenge
