We are now looking for a CLUSTER GENERAL MANAGER for the Hotel Fenix Prague (128 rooms) and the Hotel Central Prague (127 rooms) to provide leadership, resources and influence to positively affect the overall performance of the properties.


  • Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the GM will be responsible for conducting the Leadership Performance process, setting key management objectives, ensuring alignment across all hotels and driving accountability for the leaders
  • Leading a team of approx. 35 employees
  • Be hands-on and dynamic
  • Will hold full P+L responsibility, cost, margin and quality focused
  • Understanding of revenue management & good sales experience with a commercial mind and pro-actively seeking opportunities and ways to maximize revenue and develop service offered
  • Able to review and implement procedure and SOPs to continually improve the business
  • Keen eye for details and strong standards to constantly drive the highest standards.
  • Ensure all hotel brand standards and procedures are met.
  • Knowledge of all Hotel Systems (Reservations, Financial, Health & Safety monitoring & processes and limited HR etc.)
  • Thrive in a culture of development and support recruitment, training and supervising staff
  • Payroll processing and tax processing for both properties

  • An already exceptional track record driving business in a similar role with previous experience as General Manager in a branded hotel
  • Strong operational experience
  • Ability to lead, coach and animate the Hotel team
  • Passionate, with a hands-on approach
  • Has a personal commitment to hospitality, customer service & quality
  • Strong business acumen combined with an excellent leadership and liaison skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate across of levels
  • Fluent in Czech and English
  • A passion for the hospitality that transpires in everything you do
  • Excellent communicator and a leader
  • Be a team player in a fast growing and fast evolving business and industry
  • Experience managing budgets, revenue proposals, creating business plan as well as short, medium- and long-term strategies.
