As the Channel & Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for reporting to the EE Regional Sales Director and will work closely with him and the team to ensure the development of the Enterprise Market is successful. You will work actively with a pre defined set of Channel Partners to support their market expansion as so as with the rest of the team, including Marketing Mangers, Inside Sales and Channel Account Managers. In addition, this role is based in Prague and you will drive to represent Acronis throughout industry events and should have excellent presentation skills and in general communication abilities.

  • Manage and develop executive level relationships with different enterprise clients and channel partners in Czech & Slovakia
  • Manage 10-20 Channel related Enterprise level accounts at end user level
  • Develop partner Relationships in Channel to develop more Enterprise level leads
  • Assist in achieving targets in the region by signing enterprise level deals each quarter. This will include on premise, hybrid cloud and Large Service Providers in the regions
  • Develop relationships with key partners/resellers across Czech & Slovakia to identify enterprise deals
  • Work with Distribution Managers, Channel Account Managers and Inside Sales on developing and growing end users
  • Run campaigns with Marketing team to drive end user leads
  • Work with Inside Sales on driving Enterprise deals
  • Participate in Eastern Europe management meetings to develop strategy and tactics across region
  • Adopt a learning culture and ensure you are familiar with all of the Acronis products
  • Manage key deals from lead to contract sign off
  • Develop relationships with key end users to ensure we are aware at all times what is happening within their account and ensure marketing potential is fulfilled
  • Generate leads for Acronis products to significantly contribute to the sales pipeline
  • Develop and implement alliance marketing programs to support key alliances in Czech & Slovakia
  • Implement our global campaigns within the region

  • 7+ years in volume/enterprise software sales and 3+ years in software sales management
  • Strong academic credentials in sales and sales management
  • Languages- English (fluent- written and spoken) + Czech / Slovakian 
  • You are well networked in the IT industry especially with resellers in Czech & Slovakia
  • In depth channel and field sales experience
  • Experience in implementing a distribution model with proven results in line with international business objectives
  • In depth knowledge of the channel market, Systems Integrators & OEMs across the region
  • Experience in effective marketing programs to support partner enablement and drive channel revenue
  • Have first class presentation, communication and planning skills
  • Be able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, ambiguous and undefined environment
  • Strong internal customer focus with desire to learn all aspects of the business
  • High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high-level of accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills
  • Team-player and positive attitude, eager to do more and help out, views challenging situations as opportunities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
