The Change Coordinator is responsible for:
Supporting the Change Control Specialists and Change Managers in their day to day tasks
Ensuring that all information gathered or updates made are complete and accurate
Following NTT’s Processes and Procedures
Making recommendations for improvements or opportunities for automation of the day to day tasks
Communicating with colleagues and clients in a clear and professional manner
What you’ll be doing?
You will collaborate with colleagues in the IT Service environment to carry out Change Management tasks (training will be given) to support other team members, such as:
Create outage entries for existing Changes
Update the CMDB at the end of Changes
Update lists of changes with additional information from Change Requests logged in various tools
Compiling data from various tools and produce accurate documents and spreadsheets
Researching and analysing information contained in Change Requests and presenting the outcome of the research in a summarised format.
You will have the opportunity to get and extend your knowledge of tasks within the IT Service Change Management environment.
