CE&B Head of Flex SQUAD

Multiple locations: Budapest, Hungary/ Prague, Czech Republic/ Bratislava, Slovakia (depends on the candidates location)

Contract: full time

As a CE&B Head of Flex SQUAD you will be coordinating marketing & sales for all 3 markets.: Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia.

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

  • Leads the CE&B SQUAD with co-ordination of marketing, sales, multichannel and medical functions; Ensures continues development of the team
  • Defines CE&B Brand strategy with integration of EMEA, MSM Brand strategy and tailored to CE&B specificities
  • Leads the SQUAD team to develop and create approved and tested ready to use complex promotional (SF supporting aids and Multichannel) and Medical Education campaigns that enables the success of the brand and right usages of our drugs
  • Develops Brand specific dashboard to monitor relevant markets and impact of our activities in defined countries
  • Ensures collaboration with EMEA IBVT/MSM networks; closely collaborates with CE&B LT members;
  • Has direct responsibility over leading the strategy development and its execution in Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary
  • – Planning – full IBP process with supply chain and finance alignment; LRFP creation

    – Marketing and sales strategy development in line with IBVT/ MSM guidance

    – Marketing and medical project plan development and execution in the three countries; full budget responsibility

    – Marketing and medical campaigns/materials: online and offline material creation w/approval in all three languages

    – Planning and execution of Promotional and Medical Education events in the three countries

    – Market Research planning and execution

    – Sales team management: targeting, POA setting

    – Monitoring performance by key indicators: NTS, IQVIA sales + MS, CIE KPI’s, MR results

  • Indirect responsibilities (rest of CE&B countries) include leading the process of:
  • – LRFP planning guidance to be shared with CE&B as the kick-off to planning

    – Create LRFP regional summary presentation based on country presentations

    – Once a cycle (4 months) share all approved materials and projects; MR results; KOL insights; Med Ed education

    Qualifications

    We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

  • Bachelor degree, Economist, Medical or Pharmacy
  • 6+ years of working in marketing or/and sales
  • Proven experience in launching and leading a brand in a specific market
  • Leadership experience in multicultural environment, cross departmental and/or cross country teams and networks
  • Fluent English and one of CE&B languages, knowledge of both spoken and written;
  • Excellent presentation and business writing skills;
  • Excellent computer skills;
  • Compliant driver,
  • Result-oriented thinking; sense of urgency; proactive attitude
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills, ability to achieve goals in matrix organization
  • Open for innovations; strategic ability to develop competitive strategies and tactics,
  • Systematic and structured approach; strong analytical and numerical skills;
  • Convincing communication skills;
  • Ability to understand and interpret the market, customer and environment;
