Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate and implement tournaments, Free spins and other campaigns;
Responsible for overseeing all of campaigns, programs and communications;
Work with Marketing to maintain invite status, drop calendars and deadlines;
Creating and managing the budgets and actual expenses;
Maintain Special Events calendar;
Create Special Event Handbooks for new employees;
Create a new employee orientation department schedule;
Evaluation and offering performance reviews of the special campaigns;
Develops terms and conditions for all campaigns;
Reporting;
Researches and develops event ideas and execution.
