We are looking for a business analyst with drive to understand our market performance as well as to provide Sales, Marketing & Finance functions with actionable reports and insights. While you can independently manage your daily reporting agenda (creating / maintaining reports, managing submission deadlines), as a potential new member of our Business Intelligence team you also understand the value of actionable insight and the potential impact it can have on our business. Main accountabilities: Reporting * Ensure accurate, relevant & timely reporting and tracking of core KPIs and performance results * Ensure the availability of information in an user friendly, standardized and actionable format for all stakeholders * Develop dashboards with full KPI tracking of commercial objectives and assist in the development of new KPIs to support measurement of commercial initiatives * Perform detailed data analysis, data validation and identifying data quality issues Analyze, communicate & recommend * Analyze and communicate actual business performance * Gather insights, analyze & share findings, advise to adjust strategy accordingly * Provide actionable, strategically focused, evidence based insights and recommendations to sales department and market management * Support the Sales & Marketing team in designing, implementation and evaluation of campaigns About your profile * Master's or Bachelor's Degree in economics or informatics * Fluent in Czech / Slovak language, intermediate English * 2+ year relevant work experience in Business Analysis & BI * Intermediate knowledge of SQL (select, join, union, partition by) * Knowledge of BI analytic & visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau) * MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Strategic thinking, data enthusiast, strong communicator What we offer: * Flexible working hours / home office possibility * 25 vacation days and 4 Health days * Meal tickets, 11 000 points in BenefitCafe * Multisport card * Summer/winter vacation contribution * Life & accident insurance * Pension plan with contribution (3rd pillar)
