Your Role

As part of a small finance team, the Business & Finance Analyst will focus on accounting, sales analysis, supervision of compliance with the terms of business contracts, management of budget processes and reporting for Country Manager (CM), sales team and other Straumann group departments. Person who joins the team will focus on accounting, closing, tax and reporting activities. It will manage all processes related to local finance and represent each other.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping and tax records
• Posting invoices received, business trips
• Document archiving
• Processing the paperwork for the monthly accounts under the guidance of a local accountancy firm
• Processing the supporting documents for the annual accounts under the direction of the auditor and a local accounting firm
• Checking liabilities and claims
• Control and analysis of sales
• Budget and planning
• Monthly reporting of sales and financial data and KPI country manager and HUB financial manager

Person will be contacted for:

• Internal audits and internal control system (ICS)
• Local accounting partner, billing

Aim

Together with your colleague / your colleague in the finance team, you will ensure smooth, reliable and compliant financial, accounting and control processes at the local branch of Straumann Group.

Organizational integration:

Business & Finance Analyst reports directly to Country Manager of a Czech subsidiary in Prague.

Your Profile

• Higher business education (university) as well as deep professional experience in controlling/reporting/finance.
• As an enterprising, independent personality,
• Person needs to feel comfortable in the live environment and understands how to actively promote and implement her own initiatives.
• Good communication skills.
• A good command of the English language is a prerequisite for work (German is advantage)
• Experience in the areas of finance, controlling and reporting tongue
• Expertise in finance and controlling
• Advantage is knowledge of Helios Orange (currently used ERP system)
• Experience in international organizations
• Very good analytical skills
• Self-contained, solution-oriented and precise personality Social skills

• A pleasant demeanor
• Positive thinking
