YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop marketing strategy and tactics of respected products to maximize sales and profit -to develop an operational marketing plan based on the global marketing plan (if available) prepared by the regional and global business unit.
Implement the marketing plan and establish a clear set of performance indicators to monitor its success to monitor and evaluate the marketplace continuously and incorporate changes and new trends into the marketing and tactical plan.
Develop marketing aids and materials, events, and PR activities.
Improve customer relationships in strategic segments.
lead campaign training of the sales force, including development and communication of educational materials and sales aids, monitor product related knowledge of respected products.
Drive customer driven promotion campaigns.
Monitor continuously budget and supply planning and controlling to achieve financial goals and maximum profitability of respected products, to avoid stock outs or non-movement of respected products.
Manage the PR activities in the relevant segment in co-operation with the Consumer Communication
WHO YOU ARE:
Master s degree in Marketing, Medical, Life Sciences or equivalent
Experience: min 2 years’ experience in marketing/sales of original pharmaceutical products on the Czech market (preferably Product Specialist, Product Manager or Marketing Manager position)
Czech – native, fluent English
Ability to act with ease, solid presentation skills ability to interact with customers, contracted vendors and headquarter function’s ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining quality good organizational, planning, prioritization & time management skills self-dependent worker
Self-motivated person, self-confident and conflict resistant person goal-orientated person strong technical and sales understanding of consumer needs technical marketing skills (customer needs, segmentation
