Brand Manager  


  • Deliver the annual objectives, particularly the value and market share with strong focus to long term stability
  • Developing and implementing the committed brand strategy
  • Managing brand budget to ensure brand profitability
  • Cooperating and negotiating with the external suppliers (ATL / BTL agencies, media, printers, research). Recommending and managing all brand activities in line with brand strategy and corporate guidelines. Providing data analyses base on market research evaluation
  • Working closely with sales management, Field Force Manager and Business Development Manager
  • Preparing educational and presentation materials for the sales force, customers, and consumers. Working regularly with the international brand team
  • Cooperating with the Marketing Manager on new projects
  • Cooperating closely with the legal issues department in products registration onto the Czech market – Cooperating with finance and logistics department
  • Reporting figures on a regular basis

  • Experience: 3-4 years’ experience in brand management experience preferably in FMCG and/or OTC sectors
  • Superior leadership skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical way of thinking Skills,
  • Abilities & Qualifications: University degree, ideally specialization in business or marketing
  • Fluent English Excellent PC Skills (World, Excel, PowerPoint, internet)
  • Strong, mature personality
  • Positive thinker with a can-do attitude, leader & team player
  • Natural ability to communicate and active listen
