  • LOréal Czech Republic is currently looking for a new team member to take over Brand Coordinator responsibilities for our marketing teams dedicated to makeup and brands like Maybelline or L´Oréal Paris.

      YOU WILL:

    Be responsible for the administrative and organizational follow-up of the Marketing team’s activities.

  • INSTORE EXCELLENCE
  • Tendering process: A-Z tender process for LOréal, Maybelline and essie brands (update/filli sets, graphics check, POS production,..) to ensure all, information is provided so materials are delivered on time and without mistakes
  • MERCHANDISING (CZ/SK/HU):
  • – Wall units services tracking -> communication with merch. agencies/clients, taking care of providing best service possible

    – Providing missing components to clients communication with clients and providing appropriate solution withing short period of time

  • Taking care of PLANOGRAMS – check everything is ok
  • OTHERS
  • DED creation
  • Visual promo for labels and testers, GWPs, upd sets
  • SAP codes creation and changes (upd sets, TSTs, GWPs)
  • Nielsen/Focus novelties sorting
  • Internal orders/Central/POS orders
  • Among specific requests, taking care all novelties and FGs are always available
  • Ad hoc office stuff
  • Draws up purchase orders, monitors budget and expenditure helps with invoice handling of media purchase orders
  • Runs smaller marketing projects
  •   YOU ARE THE ONE IF YOU:

  • Have a relevant administrative experience, at least 1 year, (from marketing field is a plus)
  • Are an advanced MS Office user – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Are fluent in English B2
  • Are native Czech or Slovak speaker
  • Are a confident communicator with strong networking and cooperation abilities
  • Pay attention to details and on time execution
