We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst, Billing & Collections to join our Finance department under fixed-term employment contract for maternity cover. You will have a primary focus on the support of the Billing & Collections processes and operations. The role will be based in Prague and you will interact with our teams in Prague, London, New York, Zug, Frankfurt, and Buenos Aires.



  • Perform day to day Billing team activities in a timely and accurate manner
  • Perform calculation and invoicing of fees
  • Perform customer support and administration activities
  • Ensure billing readiness for all contract types
  • Liaise with Collections team colleagues regarding collection queries
  • Contracts review and communication with contracts management team
  • Contact for customers and Sales regarding invoicing and accounts receivable queries
  • Maintenance of internal files and report creation
  • Manage contract and master data administration in various IT systems
  • Adhere to Billing policy and procedures
  • Support the continuous improvement of process documentation and internal control framework
  • Contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the Billing & Collections team.
  • Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a similar role and industry experience in financial services an advantage.
  • Bachelor or Masters degree an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills. Highly numerate with problem-solving and solutions focus
  • Self-starter who can prioritize and manage multiple assignments, take initiative, and work independently
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel), ideally with additional knowledge in SAP CRM 7 and R3 or similar IT systems.
  • Excellent English skills (spoken and written), German language an advantage but not required
  • Ability to operate effectively in a multi-location setup and global organization
