As a Benefits Specialist, Finance Operations , you will be part of our Payroll team. Here you will be able to support our people across the globe and make a difference to the way we work by helping to provide excellent Benefits administration support in the management of employee benefits to offer the best service to our employees.

By being part of our Payroll team, you will work closely with colleagues managing our payrolls, employee data, Finance, HR Managers and the wider Reward team ensuring we support our employees throughout their journey with SITA. What You Will Do
• Support the administration of employee benefit programs including medical, life, disability, and health plans
• Support the administration of employees’ savings plans including pensions and other benefits including global leave policies, vouchers/allowances.
• Facilitate accurate and timely delivery of employer contributions, employee payroll deductions and any employee updates to vendors, plan administrators or other appropriate service providers
• Manage Purchase to Pay (P2P) process relating to benefits activities, including PO creation, monitoring PO budgets, pro-actively ensuring POs are created in a timely manner, monitor invoice submission ensuring invoices are receipted correctly, and ensure the timeliness of payments
• Collaborate with colleagues in our Finance Team to ensure invoices are paid in accordance with contractual terms and working together with them to investigate and resolve any delays or issues that may arise
• Manage new provider set ups for benefits activities and assist in contract processing as required
• Conduct census reporting, benchmark survey support and development of benefit budget templates as required.
• Advise and inform employees, in collaboration with the HR Manager, of changes and developments related to benefits including eligibility, coverage and provisions.
• Investigate and resolve employee benefit enquires and escalations
• Review, enhance and document processes and procedures related to your activities and communicate them to relevant stakeholders
• Build and maintain an extensive data repository for all benefit information including suppliers and consultants including collecting and monitoring contracts.
• Performing ad-hoc benefit work and compensation analysis as needed in support of the wider Reward team.


Who You Are
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, human resources, business, or a related work experience
• 3 years of experience in HR/Benefits, Finance, and/or Accounting 
• You are able to identify, develop and document process improvements and present them in a way that others can easily understand the advantages
• You take pride in the quality of your delivery, focus on outcomes as well as continuous improvements
• You are fluent in English (another language is a plus)
• You are a strong team player who enjoys working in a collaborative style with colleagues across the globe
• You are able to structure activities and tasks to maximize efficiency and clarity
• You ideally have experience working in complex, international/multi-cultural, and fast-moving environment
• You can find your way around MS Office applications and can carry out advanced functions in Excel
• You have a good eye for detail and accuracy, ideally enjoying quite analytical work when it’s required
• You are hungry to learn and grow in a fast-paced, diverse, international company
• You want to develop a thorough understanding of your role and become a source of expertise for our people to be able to rely on for their benefit matters
