Automation Analyst will be responsible for the automation projects delivery. They will take projects for original concept to final implementation so they need to have excellent knowledge of the tools and specific skills.

The automation Analyst will have to engage with Finance and Business stakeholders to identify opportunities and streamline processes. They will support Global Finance in building the roadmap for process automation projects: Standardisation, Reporting, KPIs, RPA, ERP…

They will have to think out of the box and drive continuous improvement in Global Finance.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Experts in Technology supporting automation of process (JET, Power BI, Alteryx, Excel macros, Tableau…).
  • Establish community of practice with process teams.
  • Work with process owners to identify opportunity for automating the processes and delivering.
  • Be force of proposal for automation.
  • Establish KPIs for SSCs and deliver monthly.
  • Participate in ERP and tools projects (i.e. SAP, ExFlow or equivalent, Blackline…).
  • Participate in continuous improvement forums to identify opportunities.
  • Interact with other Finance Departments to optimise people working tools.
  • Encourage/support Process owners to become aware of problems, look for solution and improve daily.
  • Monitor change control process, testing, documentation, training and deliver on time.
  • According to projects complexity, facilitate design and planning sessions, and coordinate with teams to ensure ongoing progress toward scheduled deliverables.
  • Education/Qualifications

  • Graduate calibre.
  • Expert in automation technologies.
  • Strong Knowledge of Finance processes.
  • Experience, knowledge and skills

  • 2 + years process automation experience.
  • Knowledge of RPA an advantage.
  • Knowledge of systems implementation.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to simultaneously work on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understand different operational techniques and have a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to drive change management.
  • Ability to think out of the box an drive continuous improvement.
  • Presentation/communication skills.
  • Team player.
  • Prior experience in transformational projects or enterprise wide change initiatives.
  • Proficient English, any other European language an advantage.
