Role Purpose

Edwards Lifesciences is looking for an Associate Specialist, HR Workforce Administration who will enable a best in class employee experience through subject matter expertise, consultation, and service delivery for the assigned function.

The role will be the single owner of certain administrative processes within the scope of WFA (onboarding, offboarding, position changes, and the employee life cycle) across the EMEA region.

The role will also be the the secondary owner (backup) of certain HR system activities and data reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides user support and data management of business processes in Workday, e-days (absences system) and ServiceNow for the EMEA region
  • Ensures that all data is entered in an accurate and timely manner
  • Ensures that all documentation is created in an accurate and timely manner (such as contract amendments)
  • Ensures that all tasks and process flows are completed in an accurate and timely manner (such as info emails or system approvals)
  • Runs all types of queries and reports from system
  • Provides support to internal customers within the EMEA region, advises and consults questions related to the assigned HR Processes, HR Systems, HR data, business processes and regular reports
  • Provides information and insights to Functional Team Leaders to continuously improve HR Knowledge Base and Case Management content
  • Assists in the design and implementation overall continuous improvement processes ( to improve data quality, reduce inquiry volume, reduce task execution turnaround time)
  • Assists in the implementation and delivery of new tasks or services within the scope of the team
  • Other duties as assigned by Leadership
  • Education, Experience and Skills

  • Fluent English required
  • Experience from Shared Service Center environment preferred
  • Experience and understanding of HR enabling technologies ( case management, employee and manager self-service) and how they work within a customer service business environment (ServiceNow preferred), Experience with an ERP system (Workday preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft tools and applications required, Teams and Excel in in particular
  • Experience with interacting and supporting all levels of management preferred
  • Results-oriented mindset (high sense of urgency, determination, tenacity, etc.), Client-focus and relationship driven
  • Professional, high energy, engaging and fun personality
  • Articulate, well-developed, effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for customer service and HR Processes
