This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of SITA global Network Delivery team currently building in Prague. This role is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and improving our services to maintain high customer satisfaction.

As an Associate NOD Delivery Manager , you will perform order management, deploying network services, and related administrative tasks, such as checking quality of inventory or monitoring the network delivery team performance.

What you will do
• Assist the Delivery Managers as well as GEO Projects Managers on network services orders which have a lower level of complexity
• Manage the successful Delivery of customer orders to the agreed scope, quality and on time as per defined Lead Time to Connect
• Liaise with Customer local contact to assess Customer local site requirements to assess the Customer order delivery lead time
• Place required orders to SITA CAT2 Partners and/or SITA Cabler at Airports
• Follow-up closely with relevant customer local contact on progress of the Customer site readiness preparation
• Manage third party suppliers, both internal and external, in order to secure the delivery targets
• Work with Customer and Supplier to schedule installation and/or migrations
• Book all required resources for installation and/or migration
• Work with all stakeholders to find alternate solutions when delivery is at risk.
• Manage risks and issues and own escalations (in liaison with line management) and ensure customers fulfill their obligations and recover costs in case of lapses.
• Ensure effective transition to SITA Operations and Billing and conduct a formal project close, including Review of any lessons learned.
• Obtain Customer acceptance of the delivered orders
• Maintaining positive relationships with customers.
• Updating Ordering and delivery tools on the real time basis.
• Determining ways to prevent additional costs.
• Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.


Who you are
• 1 year or more in Project Management having supported one or more small projects using proven Project Management methodology
• Ideally 1-3 years in IT or Telco solutions provider environment
• Educational background in network architecture and component
• Understanding of LAN & WAN technology.
• Professional competency in MS EXCEL – Pivot table – able to create professional reports 
• Competent in MS PowerPoint – able to create professional presentation to present the performance of the delivery
• Competent in MS Office, messaging, on-line purchasing, web-conferencing systems
• Competent in MS projects or other project management tool
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or technical equivalent
• Languages: English – mandatory, French, Spanish and/or German – desirable
