Qontigo is currently seeking a Senior Executive Management Assistant to support our Prague and Zug based management team. The ideal candidate will have an enhanced communication skill, problem solving attitude and ability to deal with senior management individuals and other stakeholders.
Administration and basic support activities as organization of individual as well as team meetings to Management members
Facilitating and organizing daily affairs of senior directors based in Zug, Switzerland as well as supporting the agenda of the team where required.
Meeting organization – attendees list, time slots, meeting agenda, meeting minutes, and following up on the actions and deadlines
Acting as secretariat of the management teams governance meetings
Assisting with presentations preparation that are shared with different audiences
Assisting with team and cross-team events organization and connected logistic agenda (including business trips)
Minimally than 3 years of experience in a similar position
Very Strong communication skills, empathy and the ability to work in an international team
High commitment and motivation, distinct readiness to take on responsibility
Ability to work under pressure and high degree of reliability/flexibility
Proficiency in written and spoken English, German language is a plus
Willingness to travel (10%)
