Purpose of Position:

To assist the Front Office Manager with the implementation of the FO Business strategies, ensuring proactive leadership for Reception, Concierge and Bellman team, in order to meet and exceed our guest’s expectations, enhancing our reputation for excellence.


Náplň práce:


Principal Accountabilities:

To assist the Front Office Manager in implementing and maintaining the Legendary Quality Standards throughout the Front of House Department.

To assist the Front Office Manager with the successful implementation of the Training Concept and employee development in order to promote a climate of enthusiasm and encouragement.

To encourage effective, efficient interdepartmental communication in order to promote a positive working environment.

To ensure full knowledge of yield strategies by the reception team, to assist with the maximisation of room yield and the handling of the overbooking strategy, closely liasing with the Front Office Manager and the Reservations team.

To support the accounts department by responding accurately and efficiently with all queries relating to Front Office.
