Dental Detailing Manager is accountable for driving Dental Healthcare Practitioners (DHCPs) recommendation for GSK brands by leading, managing execution and post-evaluating educational, promotional and marketing activities in line with brands expert strategies.
In particular, Dental Detailing Manager is responsible for ensuring the right Dental Detailing team set-up and skills development, as well as defining coverage, call type, frequency and structure, targeting and KPIs delivery, as well as selecting the most effective reach and recommendation building tools in line with global/regional/local Expert marketing strategy and corresponding with the market needs. Effectively, they are responsible for driving GSK competitive advantage, equity and strong perception on the market.
Dental Detailing Manager plays an important role in shaping the organizational culture, driving winning mindset, promoting GSK values, expectations and key attributes.
Vital aspect of this position is external focus role modelling by on-going tracking of trends, business environment changes and market development to increase the level of business intelligence and reactiveness internally.
