Your future duties and responsibilities:

As an Architect, you would be working on number of local and international activities that include payment processing product development as well as implementations directly for our clients (typically global and local banks). This role will require tight communication and interaction with external clients, internal analysts/designers, developers as well as testers to ensure the clients requirements are well understood, appropriate solution is designed and delivered.

You will:
Get familiar with payments business domain, get acquainted with respective technical industry standards used in various countries and markets
Familiarize yourself with our product both in terms of functionality but also technical details and integration patterns
Propose the implementation approach, cooperate on the design of the overall payments ecosystem at the customer, design how the product can fit in the clients environment and sell it to the customer
Take part in bid phase, formulate the solution, provide the estimates
Take part in composition of functional specification, technical design of functional and integration changes
Organize and lead meetings both external and internal
Cooperate with colleagues working on the other parts of the project lifecycle (e.g. development, testing) and be able to take the responsibility and manage the delivery team with respect to the time, costs and quality

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

What do we need from you:
Experience with SW development, previous working experience in this domain is a must
Familiarity with application architecture, integration patterns
Experience with the analysis and design, ideally in banking/financial sector
Knowledge of UML Modeling, preferably in Enterprise Architect tool
Experience with project deliveries, preferably in international context
Very good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
What would be nice to have is:
Experience delivery projects on Vendor side
Banking knowledge, specifically payment processing business domain including respective industry
Industry Standards (SWIFT, SEPA, ISO20022, etc.)
Experience with Relational & noSQL databases, Java technologies/frameworks, integration patterns, analytical tools
