We are looking for an Animation Programmer to reinforce our gameplay team in Prague/Mníšek pod Brdy. You will cooperate directly with the Lead Programmer and other programmers to implement and expand gameplay features for our Arma project. This entails solving technical challenges, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team of enthusiastic game developers, and contributing to enhancing the experience of our players. • Responsible for fulfilling defined tasks on time and at the required level of quality
• Present, develop, and maintain gameplay mechanics
• Work on parts of our engine, integrate new technologies, implement new features and/or technologies
• Process allocated tasks on your own
• Fix bugs in the software (game engine)
• Understand the flow of production and its consequences
• Actively seek to improve workflow and skills
• Cooperate with animators, artists, designers and others
• Provide a monthly statement of work to your direct superior (list of solved tasks and notes)

• Experience with animation systems, blending, inverse kinematics
• Experience with networked animation systems
• Very good knowledge of C++, OOP
• Very good knowledge of game/engine components
• Can properly estimate the time necessary to complete tasks
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Team oriented approach

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline (not mandatory)
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience
• Very good knowledge of English
• Experience working in an international company
• Knowledge of the development industry and its technology
