  • Help your Team and Clients, Develop and Agile Adoption Strategy to improve their enterprise culture (e.g. with a continuous improvement backlog)
  • Educate colleagues at all levels from from Sponsors to Product Owner, Scrum Master and Team members
  • Setup and maintain a psychological safe Coaching environment. Make the team autonomous in its self-learning so the team can take over coach’s responsibilities after the coach left. Ensure the transparency to the team on: team dynamics and rules internal team processes and flows collaboration with key stakeholders (e.g. ClientsUsers) engineering best practices (e.g. DevOps) experiments (iterative and incremental process) to fail fast and learn fast
  • Facilitate the adoption of Agile Values, Principles and Frameworks: This task entails make the Team and the Clients adopt Agile values, principles and practices across the organization. The Agile Coach must use techniques that increase collaboration, transparency, efficiencyadaptation and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation. In order to do this, the Agile Coach must lead by example and embody them
  • Mentor: As a mentor, the Agile Coach is responsible for guiding teams, providing employees with powerful questions, feedbacks and helping them find the most relevant answers. They provide hands-on support to all employees, collaborating with people across widely varying levels and roles, leading teams toward further understanding and adoption of Agile as well as overall company growth and improvement
  • Requirements

  • Min. 5 years of coaching experience
  • Min. 15 years of overall IT experience
  • Ability to oversee multiple teams or topics (3-4) on different level of agile adaptation. He/she helps people to understand what agile means
  • He/She takes over Agile Playbook and can help the people, teams to understand and adopt it
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
  • Strong understanding of applying Agile at scale (Safe, Less, Scrum of Scrum, Nexus)
  • Professional Agile Coach familiar with SAFe or any other agile at scale framework
  • Experienced in IT/Engineering practices
  • Experience business process improvement
  • Good understanding of organizational change management
  • Experience with training and facilitation
  • Active listening
  • Great communication skills is a must, needs to liaise not only with the IT organization but also the business organization
  • Ability to communicate not only with the team members and hands on topics but also to share vision strategy with ED level persons
  • Fluent English
