What you will do

  • Supporting employees and visitors on their travel and visa arrangements
  • Organizing new hires accesses and welcome packages
  • Monitoring and ordering office supplies & catering
  • Supporting smooth distribution of company benefits
  • Training employees on expenses tracking
  • Managing petty cash
  • Welcoming visitors
  • Taking part in the organization and tracking the cost of employee events (such as client visits, teambuildings etc.)
  • Providing administrative support to the management
  • Performing ad hoc office tasks
  • What you should bring

  • Minimum high school education
  • Fluent Czech/Slovak and Advanced English required 
  • Effective communication and strong organization skills
  • Proactive, punctual and result oriented person with attention to detail
  • Good expertise in using MS tools
  • Previous work experience in the international environment is required
  • Reliable person, team player who is looking for stability
