Account Based Marketing Manager

We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Demand Generation team in Prague. The team is responsible for delivering quality leads to sales teams and thus contributing to revenue generation. The team designs, creates, places, and manages digital campaigns including account-based marketing campaigns, creates and executes SEO strategy, and implements lead nurturing flows across website and automation processes.

What will you do

  • Work as a part of the demand generation team on the design and delivery of new lead-gen campaigns as well as brand awareness campaigns with a strong focus on account-based marketing campaigns

  • Work independently on campaign projects, design concepts for new campaigns, and be responsible for their flawless delivery and execution including the definition of requirements from cooperating teams (graphics, web team, content creators etc.)

  • Coordinate with Product marketing teams to ensure consistency in marketing initiatives as well as product and service developments

  • Communicate on a regular basis with sales reps both in Europe and US to support them in concerted account-based marketing efforts

  • Need to learn and stay up-to-date with BI and analytics trends

  • Your success will be measured by the performance of digital campaigns, and increased lead and demand generation.

  • You should have

  • Proven work experience as a digital marketeer (5+ years), preferably in B2B tech 

  • Expertise in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of digital campaigns, preferably including account-based marketing campaigns (advanced experience with Google Ads is a must, experience with LinkedIn Ads is a must, and experience with ABM tools is preferable)

  • Perfect understanding of online marketing channels and their specifics

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English

  • Marketing acumen and holistic thinking

  • A positive and proactive approach to solving problems and searching for new ways and solutions
