What You’ll Be Responsible For:
  • Working on innovative SentiOne Automate product (Conversational AI platform)
  • First-line analysis of all reported issues by the customers that occurred in our systems
  • Monitoring reported issues in Jira Service Desk 
  • Testing and troubleshooting basic incidents
  • Support the QA team in testing the issues, new features and ensure the high quality of our products
  • Preparing SLA reports
  • Ensure smooth communication between the clients, SentiOne teams, and vendors to solve the problem
What You Need to Get the Job Done:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar job position (e.g. 1st line support, software tester, service desk specialist) 
  • Analytical skills and attention to details
  • Basic understanding of software development
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Good work organization
  • Advanced polish language level and good conversational English level (min. B2) it’s a must. We have an international team and work with polish and foreign clients
  • Ability to be on standby outside standard working hours
Nice to have
  • Interest in the AI field
  • Experience in using the ticket system
  • Knowledge about ITIL
