Main purpose of the position:
The key agenda of this role is IVR development and business administration related to the Daktela system, which is the main PBX/Contact center solution across Mall countries.
This role is also directly involved in automation-related projects that are connected to Daktela SW and developed for Mall 1P CX.
An important part of this position is also responsible for maintaining a relationship with Daktela SW provider and tracking of invoicing.
