Main purpose of the position:

The key agenda of this role is IVR development and business administration related to the Daktela system, which is the main PBX/Contact center solution across Mall countries.

This role is also directly involved in automation-related projects that are connected to Daktela SW and developed for Mall 1P CX.

An important part of this position is also responsible for maintaining a relationship with Daktela SW provider and tracking of invoicing.

What does this role involve?

• You will collaborate on process automation and communication projects.
• You will be responsible for the smooth operation of PBX and quick fixing of potential outages.
• You will manage privileges, roles and other settings to increase PBX operator efficiency.
• You will be responsible for optimizing the licenses used to maximize cost reduction.
• You will be responsible for the preparation of regular and ad hoc reports/analyses and contact rate reduction.

• You are well familiar with MS Excel / Google Sheets - advanced
• You feel comfortable in Tableau skill as experienced user
• You have high analytical skills
• You known Czech or Slovak language - fluent
• You known English language - advanced
• You are focused on the result and able to prioritize
• You have the ability to communicate assertively
• You are open to learning new topics
