HR / P&O People Expert (m/w/d)

Together with your team of motivated People & Organisation (P&O) enthusiasts, you are dealing with our employees and team leads along the employee lifecycle. You take responsibility for People-related topics and provide support to our family members while taking an active part in the internal transformation.
We’re looking for support for 24 months.
Your impact
Actively mentor and guide our employees and team leaders along the employee lifecycle
Be part of the 2nd level support organization we have created to service our family members
Contract management and preparation of data as well as maintenance of employee files on top of a lot more diverse projects
Independent takeover of process and project work as well as maintaining and improvement of our existing processes
Who you are
You are dynamic and communicative, others would describe you as a team-oriented, positive problem solver. You are characterized by your own initiative and hands-on mentality. Your previous experiences in the P&O area give you a solid base to navigate in a changing environment and lead a transformation.
A high affinity for working with digital tools and SAP knowledge is an advantage
Previous experience working in a tiered service delivery model
Enthusiasm for working in P&O in an innovative and dynamic environment
High level of social and advisory skills, strong empathy and ability to work in a team
At least C1 in German and B2 in English is a must
