About IP Fabric
Named Gartner Cool Vendor in Network Automation for 2022, IP Fabric is an emerging technology capturing the minds of critical network infrastructure engineers across Europe and the US by enumerating and modelling the behavior of their entire global networks. IP Fabric’s company vision is to define and lead the technology space of Network Assurance. To realize this vision, we are looking for the sharpest business minds to join us and grow as part of our distributed team.
Initially reporting to our CFO, you will support both the Revenue and Technology organizations in setting the HR strategy, owning the roadmap, and ensuring objectives are met during our local and international expansion phase. The successful candidate will have extensive experience dealing with shifting priorities and demonstrated success in leading collaborative cross-functional relationships.
What you’ll be doing:
Provide business leaders with pragmatic advice in resolving complex people issues and educate IP Fabric management and teams on HR policies and programs.
Partner closely with Finance and Recruitment to govern headcount and enable sustainable growth.
Drive and lead Employee Relations ensuring that the processes are handled fairly, consistently, and on time.
Collaborate closely with People Operations, Recruiting, and Legal teams to support thoughtful, seamless solution delivery.
Provide insights and pragmatic recommendations for day-to-day operational improvement based on self-serve data (e.g. takeaways from engagement survey, etc).
Collaborate with senior Revenue and Technology stakeholders to develop, track and analyze performance on strategic issues of importance impacting employee performance.
Understand key drivers of our Employee Value Proposition, and create a plan to improve and execute.
Support all talent management, organizational design, and organizational alignment activities for the IP Fabric team.
Strong experience in HR business partnerships, preferably with exposure to fast-paced environments.
Experience with UK employment legislation and benefits, while staying up to date with them.
Experience with Czech employment legislation and benefits, while staying up to date with them.
Broad technical expertise – meaning that no matter the challenge (ER, talent development, performance reviews, etc) you’re able to contribute and add value.
Track record of excellent influence and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to self-direct and deliver under predictable and high-pressure situations alike.
Experience with US employment legislation is a benefit.
Business savvy and data-driven.
