About The Opportunity:
The Prague-based GM will provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of our service culture, full service food hall operations and guest satisfaction. You will work closely with the Director of Operations and the Head Office to manage a balance between profitability and guest satisfaction and report directly to the CEO.

How we see the role & what you will do:
Fully own overall performance, from P&L, through to budgets, through to planning and forecasting (and re-forecasting) and generally mastering the balance between cost and quality.
Deliver markets budget goals & set strategic goals and key results (OKRs).
A strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies.
Achieve and maintain the highest possible levels of customer service to customers, forging long-term relationships with suppliers and contractors.
Support the Director of Operations in the day-to-day people & sites management.
Set and implement standard operating procedures & policies together with the Director of Operations to be followed by the site team.
Collaborate across the teams to improve hospitality standards and sales performance of the entrusted markets.
Work with the Director of Operations to achieve sales revenue goals.
Monitor quality and sales of onsite food and beverage, systematically (daily/weekly/monthly).
Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to plan and execute events and other initiatives that result in improved sales while creating unique experience.
Provide solutions to issues.

This could be your job if you:
You are an experienced, commercially savvy manager and have prior experience in a similar role (preferably with a high-demand open concept hotel or restaurant), hospitality and F&B progressive concepts.
Experience in planning & budgeting.
You have a proven track record of leading others with empathy towards common goals.
Knowledge of business processes and functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations etc.).
You are experienced in forecasting, rate, inventory management and price positioning.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You are able to stay positive and calm under pressure.
Fluent in English, proficient Czech (optional).
Have a passion for finding creative solutions to complex challenges. Nothing is impossible!
