For our Fund Administration&Controlling team, we are looking for a new colleague for the position of Fund Admin Senior Financial.
What will you do?
Budgeting and financial modelling
Cashflow management of assigned FM SPVs
Reporting review
Management reporting to stakeholders
Controlling activities on the Monthly/ Quarterly basis
Cooperation on the Investment process and structure set-up and/or restructuring and revisions
Supervising completeness of the corporate governance of assigned FM SPVs
Cooperation with external audit and accounting company
Filing and review of invoices with agreements and bank movements/statements
Analysing of financial statements and the other financial documents
Managing long-term business relationships with 3rd parties (service providers)
Communication with subsidiaries abroad
Cooperation on development and improvement of internal systems with the focus on efficiency
Cooperation on setting the medium-term goals of the Department and the Division
Contributing to the company’s practice (methodology)
Various ad hoc tasks
What do we expect from you?
Economic university degree
Previous experience in finance or accounting – 2+ years (big four is an advantage)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
MS Office skills
Accurate and efficient execution of assigned tasks
Independent, result oriented personality with strong analytical skills
A dynamic personality with a positive attitude
Flexibility and reliability
Willingness to learn new things
Experience with leading the team is a plus
