Who are we hiring?
We are looking for a Community Host who will be key to the operational management of the workspace, delivering a seamless, client-focused service. If you are people focussed and love to provide an exceptional customer experience, this could be the role for you!
What will you be responsible for?
Managing the reception area with courteous, pleasant, and professional presence, greeting and assisting all staff and visitor and ensuring that all areas are always maintained to a high standard
Understand, anticipate and deliver customer (internal and external) needs while building effective relationships and optimising contract performance
Maintain constructive and positive professional relationships with all other services delivery staff and their appointed contractors
Address and direct customers’ queries in respect of in place procedures
Provide customer telephone and general switchboard support to direct all calls and client enquiries in an efficient, accurate and professional manner.
Work with the onsite team on the delivery or delegation of service requests to ensure all requests are actioned within the agreed timeframe, meeting Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements
Working in accordance with health and safety measures and promoting best practice amongst colleagues, contractors, and vendors at all time
Provide general safety and security support by managing and processing any requests for access control devices and passes for staff, contractors and visitors
Provide general administration and logistical support to the Facilities Coordinator/Facilities Manager and other line managers as necessary
What are we looking for?
People-focused, with a passion for customer service
Effective communication skills enabling the individual to work with clients at all levels (fluency in Czech & English)
Experience in office management/related roles
A good understanding of local suppliers is ideal
Ideally FM experience, but this is not essential
