Financial Analyst
Location: Prague, EMEA Head Office
The principal objective of Financial Analyst is to prepare periodic accurate reports for management, participate/perform on financial and variance analyses / reviews, administrative support to the Regional Finance Head Office.
Actively participate on report developments and other financial research projects, analyses of operational results.
Ensures that acceptable production and quality standards are maintained. Ensures that finance functions are completed in accordance with established policies and standards.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Key responsibility for this role is
to prepare, analyse and interpret financial information for the management by looking at trends, variances
generating, monitoring key performance indicators and metrics, company KPIs and detailed financial reports as required by management
seeking ways to improve accuracy of budgets and forecasts, decreasing the cost
Focus in particular on the analyses:
Revenue by clients, service types
Job Costs, understanding causes of discrepancies to plan, identifies cost issues and makes recommendations on corrective actions.
Examine and actively support to improve Aged Accruals, WIP, Partial Revenue, DSO
Providing these tasks means close cooperation with other company departments, mainly the Operation and Accounting department.
Support on other projects as assigned

Proficient computer skills with experience especially with Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, tables and pivots, sumifs/match/index/xlookup, macro or Queries knowledge is advantage!)
Experience with SharePoint, MS Teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in data, operational and financial analysis is desired
In-depth knowledge of accounting and cost-management systems
Fluent English is must
French or Germany language knowledge is an advantage
