What you’ll do
As a Finance Operations Associate in Regional Payment Team within Procure-to-Pay you will be responsible for the timely and accurate fulfillment of various tasks supporting the Team in processing different types of payments.
Day to day responsibilities include
Provide support for payment related activities in EMEA region by:
Preparing WHT certificates
Posting documents for manual payments
Downloading invoices
Checking payment batches
Preparing tax declarations
Keeping track of bank tokens
Preparing administrative messages
Other related tasks as assigned
Deliver efficiency and quality improvements of the payment related operations
Manage and ensure the above listed tasks are performed on-time and according to standard processes
Contribute to the success of the team
Role requirements
We are looking for candidates who can deliver very accurate and high-quality work, who seek development, do not fear to take ownership and accountability. Full training will be provided. Business or accounting background is an advantage.

What you bring
Good written and spoken English
Previous finance experience is good to have but not required as full training will be provided
