For one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies we are currently looking for a suitable candidate for the role of Executive Assistant.
Main responsibilities:
Personal assistant to the managing director
Coordination of team meetings and travel calendar agendas
Organising events and team buildings
Participation in management team meetings (covering meeting agenda and decisions)
Working closely with groups supporting internal and external engagements to prioritize and plan
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or any relevant experience
Previous experience in relevant role at a multinational company needed
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
Computer literate with advanced skills in MS Office
Strong analytical and priority management skills
A team player, who is able to work autonomously
Project management and group facilitation skills
– Strong communication skills – ability to distil large quantities of complex data into simple messages
Ability to work credibly across divisions, functions and regions
