EBS PROCUREMENT REGIONAL LEAD
Location: Prague
Contract: full time, permanent contract
The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
For 2023 -2024: Project phase
Managing TSA exit and execute Procurement scope redesign & shift
Manage regional TSA operational performance
Liaison with regional Kenvue business lead, Procurement lead and J&J GS regional operations for any potential issues
Review regional TSA performance metrics
Manage talent
Lead regional Procurement scope shifting/transformation
Partner with Kenvue procurement to design new services offering in each region
Resource hire plan
Documentation/Knowledge transfer
Change and communication
Testing/Hypercare
Set up Operations including Supplier financing, supplier relationship, master data, Bank relationship, etc.
Participate Technology build (one S4, and other procurement tools such as Ariba or Coupa in the following aspects, build policy changes into system design):
1. Translating local business needs into system specs, and system flow to operating procedures
2. Partner with Compliance to build controls into system design
3. Operational testing, and prepare transition into new system
For 2025+: Run operations:
Working with reginal Procurement lead, global process owners (GPO) to define and shape service offerings that are designed to meet and exceed business needs in the region. This will include framing the concepts and business case, aligning sponsorship, and delivering various kinds of projects (examples: Process / Cost / Business innovation projects & policy/process changes, continuous improvements etc.).
Enabling the Service: establish and nurture strong relationships with leadership in the region with a view to constructively influencing the needs and expectations in the region. Partner with the local leadership to bust barriers and to ensure EBS Procurement are prioritized and adopted appropriately. The candidate will be representing the region in various forums.
Executing the Service: a. Lead and Shape the design and rollout of Procurement operations in the region for all in scope Procurement Services. Manage and own the relationships with key regional stakeholders within Kenvue (Procurement Leadership, Business Finance / AP, Business users etc.) and with the Kenvue supply base that operates in this space. Ensure requirements are known and addressed; service delivery model and strategy are well understood including scope of services, financial model, short/mid/long term vision, roadmap etc. c. Executing with excellence: responsible for coordinating and connecting the delivery of all Procurement services in the region, ensures service delivery meets standards and requirements with an emphasis on continuous improvement to exceed customer expectations.
Organizational Strategy: Building & Developing the Organization. Establish the right structure for the internal organization. Participate in training both inside and outside of procurement. Develop the right succession plan. Carry out appraisals and career discussions. f. Ensure compliance with all internal control guidelines for the relevant processes. g. Drive Credo behavior and collaboration across entire Kenvue Enterprise
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree
10+ years of Procurement, Finance or other relevant business experience Other and 5 years in people management
Prior experience of managing key stakeholders in the region effectively
Excellent level of English
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals.
It is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, this position may be conveyed with New Consumer Health. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to the successful candidate by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and would be subject to any necessary consultation processes
