As a Digital Marketing Manager, you are supporting the Marketing Unit in defining the online marketing strategies, delivering the digital transformation in the CER region, enhancing and growing company’s digital assets and creating opportunities to generate leads.
You are managing integrated marketing campaigns through multiple digital channels, driving customer engagement and brand awareness, analyzing data to build insight, driving acquisition of new members across all digital channels.
The Digital Marketing Manager is a key member of the “Center of excellence” working in close collaboration with internal: Regional Marketing Managers, Campaign Managers & external stakeholders and creative agencies executing & optimizing the annual plans.
Your main responsibilites include:
Leading with a digital-first mindset for customer engagement, including development of a long-term strategy and execution, for an effective and efficient promotion of the Company Animal Health brands through e-mail, web/online, SEO/SEM, database marketing, and social media campaigns.
Translating multichannel strategies into tactical plans including all possible touchpoints with customers (i.e. CRM driven, websites, email, social etc.) and driving direct execution of these tactics.
Driving digital transformation by sharing insights from campaigns and sharing best practices from industries and other markets, understanding target audiences and their behavior at various stages of the disease area to design an omnichannel strategy for the brand.
Developing KPIs for campaign objectives and collaborating with the team to measure impact, optimize recommendations and quickly adjust tactics based on learnings.
Monitoring digital dashboard and preparing monthly performance reports for all digital initiatives (monitor and report on website traffic, online ads, social media activity/campaigns).
Seeking, implementing & managing new tools, solutions and exploring new marketing opportunities to fully optimize the digital roadmap.
Collaborating closely with cross marketing teams to create a best-in-class integrated customer journey from, review campaign roadmaps and prioritization of implementation timelines.
Coordinating external vendors ensuring high-quality and timely execution of project milestones.
Complying with legal & regulatory requirements at all times and incorporate best practices.
Serving as a subject matter expert for digital marketing best practices, internal processes, and systems related to digital marketing.

Education: Bachelor degree or higher – ideally Marketing, Communication / Digital Communication or any relevant experience.
Skills Required:
Minimum 5 years’ digital marketing experience
Excellent level of English language
High level verbal and written communication skills.
Up to date knowledge about different communication channels – digitally savvy.
Passionate about digital marketing, following all the latest trends and developments.
Experience managing social media accounts across multiple platforms.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage multiple projects.
Ability to influence and coordinate projects in a matrix organization and across different business, cultural and regulatory environments.
