Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Channel Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of various digital channels including social media, paid media (search, social, and display), SEO, chatbot, communities, webinars, content syndication, and more.

This role requires a highly analytical and critical thinker who can own, manage and explore digital channels from end to end to generate leads and pipeline. The candidate should have experience in tailoring relevant content for each channel and promoting it to the target audience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing effective digital marketing strategies that drive leads, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive channel plans to support the overall marketing strategy
Manage and optimize a variety of digital marketing channels, including social media, paid media, SEO, chatbot, communities, webinars, content syndication, and more
Write engaging copy for social media and advertisements that speaks to the target audience
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement channel plans for GTM initiatives
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, exploring new channels and opportunities to generate leads
Manage budgets for digital marketing initiatives and measure ROI for all campaigns
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and integration of digital marketing efforts with other marketing and business initiatives

4-6 years of all-rounded digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years of B2B marketing experience within the Tech/SaaS industry
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, SEMrush, and GA4
Intermediate experience in platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, 6Sense, webinar hosting tools, and Drift
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and to adapt to changing priorities
Attention to detail and high levels of organization
Passion for digital marketing and a willingness to learn new skills and knowledge
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
