Description
The Decision Strategy Designer defines and develops the Always on Marketing (AoM) solution, applying deign principles to marketing offers, target audiences and shaping decision strategies. They create, run, monitor and review marketing campaigns, responding to changing business priorities which may culminate in re-prioritising offers. They also support the Decision Strategy Lead in running simulations where available, to be able to evaluate alternate scenarios in the decisioning tool/s.Typically reports to the Chapter Lead.
Translates the requirements from the communications brief into strategy design;
Designs, builds and initially tests routine decision logic for all communications sent by the Squad, within the strategic Decisioning Framework;
Responsible for the comms-led data exchange between the Decisioning tool and the channel (e.g. container on webpage, NBA in Telesales front end, text in SMS);
Manages and maintains any propositions/treatment/product assets outside the Decisioning tool for import, as appropriate;
Directs the Test Analyst in scenario set-up;
May be steered by the Decision Stratey Lead in times of uncertainty/conflict;
Supports Commercial Managers in understanding any operational decisioning queries (e.g. why certain customers received certain communications).
