We have an opportunity for a Systems Engineer to join our Datalink Services team in Brno or Prague. You will be part of a team supporting the development of products enabling communication between aircraft and the ground. You will be cooperating with product owner and development teams based in Brno.
Tasks
Become part of the Datalink Services global team engaged in daily customer interactions
Communication with external customers: listen to their needs, gather software requirements, and cooperate with Datalink team to develop software, reconfigurate databases using both software tools and real datalink ground equipment
Become a part of dynamic global Aerospace world. Familiarize with each specific airline on-board activities, ground operation and airport procedures. Design unique Datalink Software reconfiguration databases to connect all.
Investigate customers need and translate them to the engineering teams
Requirements
University degree
Communication skills and strong business acumen for regular communication with external customers
2 years’ experience on customer facing role
Fluent command of English language
Aviation enthusiast
Basic technical and programming skills – scripting, understand the diagrams, databases (how it works inside, what needs to be done inside)
Ability to quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concept within an existing system or process
Self-motivated, able to work with little supervision, consistently take the initiative to get things done
