We are recruiting for an international company a Czech or Slovak speaking Customer Representative in Athens.
The role is based in Athens (Greece)
Missions :
Handle all incoming contacts from customers
Answer customer queries
Resolve potential issues
Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered
Profile :
Native/Fluent in Czech or Slovak & Fluent in English (B2)
Holder of a high school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer services
Tech savvy and full proficiency with MS Office products
Ability to relocate
