We have a fantastic opportunity for a CRM Campaign Manager to join our Hill’s EMEA regional Online Acceleration Centre (OAC), to develop and deploy CRM campaigns, enabling a step change in marketing personalisation, with the mission to drive growth through digital channels using our CRM.

Main Responsibilities Hub spot
Hill’s operates around the globe and has over 40 countries sending emails out of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, both B2C and B2B. You will be the facilitator upon which all marketing campaigns come to be.
In partnership with our Global team, the EMEA CRM Campaign Manager will be responsible for managing program timelines, building and sending marketing emails, and reviewing campaign performance for Hill’s. The role will work across the Engagement, Brand, and agency teams to bring our email marketing campaigns to life. Ultimately, they will be the final stage of every email marketing campaign we send in the region.
As the EMEA CRM Campaign Manager, you will:
Build & Deploy Email Campaigns:
Predominantly EMEA (Eastern/Central/Western EU, United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Russia)
Building & sending emails using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Receive campaign assets from agency/internal partners and build the email campaigns
Work with internal teams to set up emails with appropriate links, tracking and deploy them to the desired audiences
Monitor the campaigns for any irregularities and report back on status
Also sporadically support other global regions:Latin America, Canada, Japan, Australia
Project management & campaign analysis:
Work with key stakeholders to manage timelines
Juggle multiple campaigns & set priorities in collaboration with agencies & internal teams
Occasionally report on campaign performance
Report on campaign engagement (open rate, click-through rate, unsubscribe rates etc.)
Assist in developing marketing strategies for both regional teams and local country leads
Campaign Strategy:
Contribute to developing email strategy for both regional teams and local country leads
Use your analytical skills to provide recommendation for future campaigns, based on previous results
Use your creative acumen to provide recommendation for future campaign creative adjustment or improvement, based on previous results

My education and experience is:
Bachelor degree or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years experience building emails within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
I have the below:
Excellent communication skills and native level English language proficiency
Proven record of using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to send email campaigns
Experience selecting send audiences and basic data table management
Knowledge of email marketing best practices and reporting
Knowledge of digital strategies and trends
Strong initiative and results oriented
Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive
Strong Project Management skills
Team player with strong interpersonal skills, particularly with diverse cultures
I may have some of the following additional preferred qualifications:
Experience with SQL to generate send audiences
Experience with Adobe creative suite
Experience with HTML
Experience with AMPscript
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification
