Job Description
This is a unique opportunity for you to start your career in clinical research. Your role will focus on streamlining communication between the study team members, maintaining internal and external Clinical Trial systems and managing documents and study information.
You will:
Act as the first point of contact for investigational sites, vendors, and multi-functional project teams
Be responsible for document management
Update and maintain (automated) tracking systems and schedules
Coordinate various activities within clinical research projects
Organize meetings, prepare agendas and minutes
Qualifications
College/University degree or an equivalent combination of education, training & experience
Administration experience is preferred
Advanced English, fluent Czech
Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to plan, multitask and work in a dynamic team environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
