Here in Alcon we are currently looking for Brand Manager to join our Vision Care direction in Czech Republic. This role is responsible for contact lens penetration, sales increase and market share for Alcon Vision Care strategic brands through excellent, industry leading marketing activities in CSEE Cluster (18 markets with both affiliate and distribution setup).
Major Accountabilities:
Act as brand champion to create focus and enthusiasm internally and externally with distributors, customer, consumers, and agencies.
Create the brand(s) trade & consumer plans, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic imperatives to distribute the product(s) to consumers widely align with CSEE commercial strategy.
Execute brand trade and consumer strategy, marketing mix and operational plans to achieve financial objectives. Development and maintenance control over Marketing Budget. Provide leadership and guidance for Alcon distributors during developing local Marketing and Promo Plans including KPIs set up and quarterly reporting.
Closely collaborate with CSEE Digital Marketing Manager on omnichannel strategies and project deployment.
Lead development and delivery of promotional campaign materials from insights to review, production, and implementation in alignment with Alcon International brand strategy. Support sales team with optics and consumer PoS materials and other relevant tools.
Participation in achievement of Sales and Market Share Goals: Analysis and evaluation of market data with key-comments and proposals for marketing and sales activities.
Regular field visits to meet key distributors and key customers and develop market knowledge.
Requirements:
Strong marketing experience
Background in optic / healthcare multinational companies is preferable
Strong negotiation skills
Positive and pro-active attitude, opportunity to travel (outside the country as well)
– Czech and English languages – proficiency level
