Role Description Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for a marketer to join the Talent & Organization (T&O) Function Marketing & Communication team. T&O sits within Accenture’s Strategy, Industry & Function service area. T&O is working on one of Accenture’s most exciting growth priorities—Talent—which helps leaders create transformation by enriching the relationship between people and technology. As the way people has worked has radically shifted in recent years, our services are in high demand, and we are experiencing rapid growth. Working alongside the T&O M+C Content Development Manager, this role will be responsible for execution of content that raises the visibility of our key solutions (e.g., Change Management and Talent Strategy & Development) and priority client issues and themes. The candidate will help to deliver global content-related programs that support T&O and ultimately help clients to change at speed and scale to drive sustained growth. This is a true cross-Accenture role, where collaborating with other Services and Markets will be key to ensuring successful uptake and amplification of Talent narrative, driving a consistent and differentiated voice in the market. Candidates will need to demonstrate collaborative experience.
Our ideal candidate will have a broad content marketing background, and experience creating and delivering cutting-edge content programs for external C-suite decision makers. A key component of the role is helping to position our ability to be the trusted advisor to the CHRO, CEO, COO, and members of corporate Boards of Directors. Therefore, experience with executive-level narratives and delivering programs that target this audience is a plus.
We are looking for a flexible team player with excellent content and problem-solving skills, and a high-level of comfort handling multiple projects at one time.
Role scope:
Support the execution of the overall T&O M+C strategy, including activating content in internal and external channels
Help develop and create internal and external assets for content and program campaigns
Support multi-channel activities for key programs and campaigns
Support the execution of events and sponsorship activities
Help engage Markets and Relationship Marketing on activation prioritization
Track content and program performance, and complete metrics scorecards
May be activated through the hive model to develop content and related assets (e.g., Infographics, social cards, etc.) for another team and/or amplify content via aligned to T&O channels
Keep track of all projects in motion to help the team “see the work” and set priorities and collaboration points
Schedule, facilitate and track outcomes from team meetings to discuss projects and campaigns
Adhere to applicable policies and procedures
You need to have these:
Able to demonstrate strong project management capability
Understanding of how to track and present metrics and ROI
Experience in adhering to brand guidelines, editing/proofreading, writing and content curation, working with designers
Highly collaborative working style, bringing together different parts of Accenture to design campaigns for maximize impact
Minimum of 5 years professional services and/or B2B marketing experience
Bachelor’s Degree or other University Degree or equivalent Personality traits that will set you up for success:
